New to keeping, I'm in Newport Beach, Ca. which has made it illegal to keep bees in their infinite wisdom. Hence the guerrilla moniker.

Welcome to Beemaster.
Making beekeeping illegal is a good way for Africanized bees to take over an area.
Dr Jamie Ellis, at UF has studied this effect and might be able to help get laws changed. He helped change FL's laws. The state took control of beekeeping so that communities can not out law them.

Welcome
When the law no longer protects you from the corrupt, but protects the corrupt from you - then you know your nation is doomed.
