How can I get my MAC to work with Ventrilo?

Shouldn't be any different. I use mac and set it up from the instructions.

If you download the client software for OS X 10.4 or above it should install similar to windows installs.

BuzzBee,

I downloaded the client  then I go to down loads and double click and nothing happens. Some times I get this message

VentriloClient 3.mpkg” can’t be opened because it is from an unidentified developer. I turned off trend my software security but it still does not work

How late of a mac operating system are you using? I had OS x but only 10.2 and it would not work.

The Down load went great did the first part of the setup

Three check marks on left side all checked
Sound out put Microsoft life chat LX3000
Sound input  Microsoft life chat LX3000

I still can not get the system work

Did you set the port number to 8896 instead of the default?

Yes I have it set up as 8896 i think I got it to work thanks for all your help
