What breed is best?

You are in Iran.  You have either Apis mellifera meda Apis mellifera syriaca living in the wild.  Both look very much like ligustica (Italians).  I see no reason they won't do as well as anything else where you are.  Unless you're on the coast and you have Apis florea, then you would find Apis mellifera more productive...

Locally adapted bees are almost always best.

Apis mellifera remipes, classified by Gerst?cker, 1862 ("armeniaca" is a junior synonym) - Caucasus, Iran, Caspian Sea.

  Is this the part of world where you live ???
   
In my opinion.

  Locally adapted bees are always best. No matter where you are in the world.
