It did seem that bits of debris causes it to crystallise faster. I've got a good dozen or so buckets full of crystallised honey mixxed with beeswax and beesstuff; I literally just scrapped honeyframes directly into these buckets and then left them there.

Always strain the honey as soon as it is extracted no matter what method you use to extract.  Only extract the amount you have time to strain.

You could have SHB larvae in it and they will destroy it.
