Title: SPELL CHECKER FOR EXPLORER
Post by: beemaster on October 07, 2004, 08:36:56 pm
Here is a great FREE ADD-ON for users of Microsoft Internet Explorer called IESpell - it easily installs and adds itself to the tool bar for easy spell checking. I was given this addy from a member of another forum where people are notorious for poor spelling and I'm always looking to improve my own work usage.

http://www.download.com/3120-20_4-0.html?qt=ieSpell&tg=dl-2001&search.x=17&search.y=6&search=+Go%21+ - it is about 2.4 megs in size, allows you to add words to your dictionary and give your accurate possible words to choose from when you closely spelled a word, but was just off by a hair!

Give it a try if you'd like, I know it will come in handy in the forum and in nearly EVERY application that you can think of where writing is used on your end. Hope you like it. I'll also post it in the software section.

BTW - I hope you all remember that I use HAL Text to Speech reader to read all emails and posts from this and many other forums on the net - as well as proof read all my own posts and webpages. Look under the Software and webpage sections forum for links to Hal - but I think it is http://www.zabaware.com/reader/index.html where you will find it, if not www.download.com is always the place to find GREAT software and there are a ton of free text to speech software today to choose from.
