Am i to late to do a split this year? What are the best months to do splits?

Kinda late to do splits for build up, can do nucs though, don't know your drone situation, but its probably not too late for them to get mated. Do splits for build up in spring.

I thought that would be the way it would go. Oh well guess I will just have to wait till next spring that is what I had planned to do anyway. Split the 3 I have now into 6
