I looked at the maps. I would need to allocate the same amount of time as it took to go to Buds. Its never out of the question though.  It would be a chance to catch up with Dallas and Hardwood too.

Great to know the meet went well Jim. Good job.  Nice to see that Iddee, Scott and Peggy made it but missing the shirtless Bud in the pics. The hair style still going well Scott, even taking off on the chin ! !
Pleased you all had a good weekend again. By the way, did Iddee turn up with his yellow plastic bucket ? ?

That was Bud's bucket, Geoff. He mounted it on a board and hung it over his fireplace after I demonstrated it.    :cheesy: :cheesy:

Awww.  Looks like you guys had a great time.  Sorry I missed it.  Good to see Peggy and Scott.  Have not heard from them in a long time!!

For those who dont know of the yellow bucket saga here it is,

Awsome, Now all we got to do is make a recording of Wally beating that plastic bucket and we won't need the bucket anymore (and Wally's arm won't get tired).

I just had Brian?s ?Acebird?s Naturally Creamed Honey? on an English Muffin. I didn?t know it during Beefest but he left it here with my wife.
It is very good. Thanks.

I brought another jar of honey that wasn't creamed but has a hint of fermentation.  I eat this regularly.  However, I left the jar in Myrtle Beach at my brothers house.  I don't know if I will have any left by next year for a taste test.  Maybe everyone could bring a sample of their honey to Beefest 2018 and pass it around.
We have given our employer notice that we are moving to FL by Nov. this year.  That means I have to get rid of my bees so I am unsure if I will have a new crop of honey to bring to FL.
Another dilemma is how to get 20 gals of mead down to FL.  Anyone know what the law is for transporting mead?
