:lol: :D :D :D sofar since the 17th I let them alone for 5 days and then periodiclly checked on them sofar so good but today only a happy parent of bees could just cry LOLL .........(Singing & Dancing) I got some honey, I got some honey...woo woo woo.
OK so it is not alot but for my first time doing this & afarid of bees I am overcomming me fears and ............(Singing & Dancing) I got some honey, I got some honey...woo woo woo. :D
I have noticed they are however bringing in alot of Pollin so I am wandering if I need to start being concerned if there is too much pollen going on? Sofar the dogs are doing ok they come and sit with me while I observe and check the inside only Texas has gotten stung several times but he comes right back with me and my youngest pup Petra just as I was doing real good she stirred them up good so had to leave but other than that they are fine & as for me .........(Singing & Dancing) I got some honey, I got some honey...woo woo woo.

I wouldn't worry about pollen. They'll use it to make more bees.

I can really relate to your excitement. It was the same for me when I started keeping bees years ago. I was afraid of them at first, also. I overcame my fear quickly.

Isn't it just so much fun?

How much honey did you get so far? And isn't it yummy? :) The first batch always the best, cause you know your bees made it.

:lol: Yes it was fun and good I didnt get much from it I just had enough to sit in my swing outside and have my coffee and 2 peices of toast LOL, Yea I finally did read about it and reminded myself on the pollen :roll: I have so much to learn now and go today I ordered (thinking of what you said how spoiled your animals are LOL bet mine will win LOLL

All that for the bees? Or some of it for other critters? I'm sure the bees WOULD love it though. :) They're all fun to spoil.

all for the bees, the oats are for the chickens as well and the pumpkins are going to be sold to the humns that are allowed to live in this area ha ha
