Title: Salmon fishing

Anyone here gone to Alaska Salmon fishing. I am heading up in July for my first time to Alaska. We are going to float the Klutina River for two days.

Never fished for Salmon but have seen the banks lined with fisherman "snagging" about 60 miles from here.  Where?   Salmon River near Pulaski NY.

I've fished locally for salmon but it's been awhile. Never been to Alaska.
