We are having a Family Thanksgiving at our home. A yearly tradition usually with 40  up to 85 people show up.  A great day in the Piney Woods of East Texas.  Wishing you all a very Happy Day, and every day is a day to give thanks.

Same to you all.  We are having a quiet one this year, but will all get together for Christmas!

We just came back from a walk in the wilderness.  In the shade it is glorious because it is around 76 degrees.  In the sun not so much.  I was wearing a black Hawaiian shirt and had to take the cell phone out of my front pocket because I thought it was going to burn my skin.  My poor friends back home are having the nastiest weather early for Thanksgiving.  I am sure not missing that.  The feast is later this afternoon.

We'll have our big dinner tomorrow.  Our son and daughter-in-law are here from Bend, OR, but the thing that got them here was tickets to today's Cowboys-Redskins game.  We all have our priorities.
