Hi
« on: March 03, 2018, 11:27:48 am »
Hi everyone,  I am Denise, and I live in Yulee, Florida. I am interested in learning all I can about bee keeping. I do not live on private land at this time but have plans to move to Jasper, Florida in 6 months and would love to have bee hives there. I found a group on Facebook in Callahan that I plan to start going to. I am also excited to start reading post on this site.    thanks

Let me be the first to welcome you.  You are on the right track to learning, if possible get with a local bee club and get someone to take you along on a bee adventure.  Do this as often as you can.  My philosophy  Every answer is sometimes wrong an sometimes right this goes for methods also.  Observe a lot, think a lot and don't let all of this confuse you just do it and enjoy.

Denise,
Welcome to Beemaster.
Come on out to the Nassau County Beekeepers Club meetings. They are held on the 4 Monday of the month.
