I put foundation less frames in my extractor all the time. They are mediums and as long as they are connected all the way around they spin out. If they are brand new white comb and not connected, we use it as cut comb.
If the honey is capped, it will be pretty thick and probably won?t drain out very well. Yesterday I pulled supers and had an extra frame that was not capped and I laid it on its side on top of a super and drove an hour to get home. None of it dripped out. Temp was in the high 80?s.
I recommend if you want to try to drip the honey that you make a honey heater from one of the many designs that are on BeeMaster and heat the honey to 100 degrees. Then decap it and turn them upside down.
