Having Forum Issues
« on: September 01, 2024, 08:42:41 am »
The last few days I've been getting errors, something like 'SMF file not found'. They are intermittent. Is this my system or yours? It happens on both my laptop and cell phone so I'm leaning towards the latter.

I received it also this morning while I was answering a post. I contacted our IT expert, Robo, and he fixed it early this morning. Thanks Robo.
If you check the stats at the bottom of the BeeMaster page, especially the More Stats you will see that this year we have had twice as many guests and page views as the previous highest years in the past and it is only September. 😊

Gremlins.  It's working now, but still a little slow.

Jimmy,
I apologize for that. Robo has had to fix a file that locks up the server a few times. Hopefully BeeMaster will stay up from now on.

I'm having intermittent issues again with the SMF file not found and experiencing some lag times when viewing threads. Lag times are not incredibly painful but they may be an indication of a bigger issue.

Terri,
Rob worked this morning and fixed the problem. They are not all the same. We?re not sure what is causing them.

I feel like a chronic complainer but...I'm having slow load times. Right now they're not too bad but I'm wondering if they won't get worse.

Thanks Terri.
Member, Kathy, Phillip and I are all on BeeMaster almost every day at all hours of the day and night. I hate to text Rob late at night so I usually wait till the morning. He usually gets BeeMaster back up in a short time no matter what he is doing.
