I would get them out of the sun.
Looks like barnyard chickens. That is chicks from numerous roosters and hens.

Every-time I go into Tractor Supply and see those chicks, I want some. Then I realize that I don't need any more work to do around the house...

Thanks! They are Rhode Island Red, Araucana, Silver-laced Wyandotte, Golden-laced Wyandotte, White Orphington, and Partridge Rock

They are inside for now until they can go meet and greet with the other flock
