Yes there are at least 2 national organizations, la Societe Centrale d'Apiculture (41 rue Pernety in 14th arrondissement). They run apiaries-schools (ruchers ecoles) in Luxembourg Garden, Parc Georges Brassens, Parc Saint-Cloud. They have literature (en francais , bien sur). i can't recall if they have material but it would be for most popular French hives which may be different from yours.  I believe they used to have a store but i am not sure it still exists.

L'UNAF (Union Nationale Apiculture Francaise) also has their HQ in Paris. http://www.unaf-apiculture.info/

Here is a store also i just found out http://www.lesabeilles.biz/

Have a nice trip. Bon voyage
