They seem to have an unusually high number of albino deer for that area, very cool.
We have them here, guys report them on a few of the hunting websites every year.
Most hunters let them go cause they are so beautiful, but some take them and full body mount them.
I've seen a few piebald deer like this one, but not as pretty as this one
