I don't know yet.
This year I am not going to pull honey until the goldenrod flow begins...usually mid September here.
I have had trouble in the past with too much uncapped nectar on the frames when I pull in the summer. That may be due to the long langstroths I used in the past (now I am using Layens) or perhaps it is because of middle Georgia's high humidity. I am hoping this year that it will be better capped, and at the same time I can set up the hives for winter, leaving them enough resources.

I just started fall brood nest inspections, so I'll know more about colony health in the next couple of weeks.  I'm having a great honey harvest.  I'm not done crushing and straining yet, but I'm up to 15.5 gal. already, and I still have a couple of supers to process, and maybe one or two more to pull if the fall flow is good.
I come from under the hill, and under the hills and over the hills my paths led.  And through the air, I am she that walks unseen.

The bees seem to be doing good but I will know better soon after I do my fall treatments. Honey production has been great, so far I have 45 gallons in buckets with about another 20 on hives. With the rain we have been getting the last week and a half has me encouraged for a good fall flow, I'll be putting supers on in a couple of weeks.
