Hello, everyone.  I've been enjoying the board so much I haven't taken time to properly introduce myself.  I'm a second generation beek from Tulsa, Oklahoma.  I started keeping bees a few years ago as a way to improve pollination for our neighborhood's gardens (everyone here has one).  Since then our little apiary has grown, and I've managed to get my husband and two teenage kids involved.  They all love the bees, and my younger son just went on his first swarm call with me earlier this month.

Even though I learned a lot from my uncle growing up, I'm still relatively new at keeping my own apiary, so I'm sure I still have a lot to learn.  I'm excited to find a board that is so active and informative.  Thanks everyone!
