Green Mantidfly

My sister found one of these yesterday.  I wouldn't have known what it was if I hadn't just read about them the previous day in an issue of 2 Million Blossoms (RIP ).  It's a green mantidfly.  They look like little praying mantises with lacewing wings, and they ambush hunt with their raptorial forelegs just like mantises do.  They aren't mantises though, they are actually in the same order as lacewings, dobsonflies, ant-lions, and such.  Anyone else ever seen one?

I have never seen one and this is the first I have heard of them.  Very interesting.  I'm sure they are good to have around.
