That is just ridicules! It probably won’t hold up in court, but who knows. Probably done for the publicity.

I have a tee shirt I got two years ago in North Carolina I think it's from the beekeeping group there that has that slogan on it. I think the slogan has been around a while.
A search on Google returns 904 hits and most are selling shirts, greeting cards etc. with that slogan on them.

and thats one of the better judges in this state.

I will have to ask them about this when I get back. I have done presentations for them.
I am going iinto discussions with them to help form a beekeeper club in Broward County.
