Might be a puddle swarm. Hive them in nuc and see if you spot a queen or a virgin.
Looks too healthy for toxins or virus. But can't tell much from the short visual.

Well a little more background
To the right of that hive is a so called failed hive I just asked about adding brood to.
What I did was add the remaining bees to this one and set those frames out in the video
Maybe I dropped a Q from that so called failed hive.

Was a lil swarm-or my mistake but I found the queen and transferred to 5 frame nuc 5 feet away

Highest probability is that queen came from, fell iff if, whatever frames you were moving around. Goto the hive you took the frames from. Look for queen missing in there to confirm, then put her back in her hive.

When the lid goes back on, the bees will spend the next 3 days undoing most of what the beekeeper just did to them.

On a great note , I found her first queen ever. On a bad note she did not like the new nuc and flew away.
Those were cutout bees that got weakened and were being robbed.
I made mistake of not finding her but taking the honey frames out and that?s how she ended on the ground.
Back to 3 hives maybe that?s what god wants me to have?
