Watching Windows media with Linux?

Hi
How can I Watch Windows Media with Linux?
Kaffeine  or Firefox do not work  
any suggestionsMy linux distro is Mepis which is a sort of Debian clone, I believe

I use MPlayer and Realplayer with mepis. Ubuntu has a "How To" for the media plugin for firefox also.

Kplayer and Mepis real player wont handle the apx files - yet

I use xine and linux real player. I also install the win codecs.
