Apostrophe as a question mark

This is not a big deal but why do my apostrophe?s show up as a question mark on a post?

Good question. I am assuming you are using a IPHONE or an IPad. I have the same problem. Maybe Robo can answer this question.

UTF8 coding for letters seems to not get recognized on several punctuation marks including but not limited to apostrophes, slanted quotations and em dashes.
