Since the class was part of group of community articles I just posting the relevant part here.

Beekeeping classes offered

This year, classes in Practical Beekeeping for Beginners will be offered with evening

weekly classes in February through the second week of April. The class is for adults and children ages 9 and above and class sizes are limited.

In Manassas, classes will be held at the Cooperative Extension Office, 8033 Ashton Ave. from 7 to 9 p.m. on Tuesdays, beginning Feb. 13.

The classes are a joint venture between the Prince William Stafford Beekeeping Association, Northern Piedmont Beekeepers Association, Loudoun Beekeepers Association and Beekeepers Association of Northern Virginia..
