Hello all,

this is my 1st post, could you advise me as to how i should go about extracting royal jelly?

If you're already raising queens, just pull your cell bars on the day the cells are to be capped, use a crocheting needle or similar tool to remove the larva, then scoop out the RJ. The old fashioned method was to pull the larva, fold the cell shut and drop the cells into a small jar of honey. The consumers just pull out a cell a day and chew it up. Can't use plastic cell cups with this method though!   :-D :-D
