Well, this thread petered out... must have been a busy mead and cider season

My youngest daughter is getting married 1st week of June. Hurray! I'm finally and officially finished raising my kids!
She and her fianc? are paying for the lion's share of the festivities (I raised her right) but I have been tasked with brewing a couple batches of beer for the reception, which will feature brisket and pulled chicken (w/honey BBQ sauce, of course).
I have decided to brew my 2 favorites, a batch of Koelsch and the other batch my Canadian ale w/honey. I'll start brewing the Koelsch in about 2 weeks, and the Canadian/honey following week. Timing should turn out perfectly with just the right aging and carbonation time, and both will go real well with BBQ.
