Speed Feeding, question
What is the fastest you have seen a hive take down syrup feed?  Or such as total amount taken down in 24 hours. ?
When the lid goes back on, the bees will spend the next 3 days undoing most of what the beekeeper just did to them.

Hive top feeder, 12 L in LEDs then 24 hours. Would habe been more, if more fitted into the feeder.

For really string hives, this it is quite normal to take at least 5l per day, most times 8-10.

Buite OFC only if the weather is warm.

I have seen them empty a standard deep frame feeder 2.5 L over night.

I have seen two hives side by side, both with full top feeders.  Hives about the same weight and strength.  One hive emptied the hive top feeder in 3 days, the other was still half full a week later.
