Title: Search for members by location
Post by: Yappy on September 30, 2009, 04:14:43 pm
I unable to Search for members by location.
Did I miss that instruction?
Can this function be enabled?
I think that it would be a great help for Newbees to to find a local member.

Ok thanks the map and text list works fine.
I was  :? I clicked on  "Members" on the top button bar. and did not see a way.
Looks like 50 in Canada, but found some members that have not been active for year
or more. Does Beemaster.com membership lapse?

Location is not part of the base forum package, that is why it doesn't show up in the members tab.  It is something we added to the profile to allow folks to better address someones question.  It is optional and only as good as what folks enter.    Membership does not expire (at least not yet, at some point we my need to remove inactive accounts).
