Wow, did you have warm weather or what????  I checked on my 4 hives today and 3 of them were looking very good, but not as active as yours.  We got into the low 60's today.

It was 62 when I took the video and the sun was on them :)

Them girls look busy. We are getting hammered by a snow storm. The last time I looked there was about 15" of snow on the hive tops.

Hey Irwin nice bee flight ,still green grass .Looks like you missed  a box when you was doing all that painting. :-D :evil:

Good stuff Irwin!
What did you make the movie with? a camcorder, or one of those flip types of cameras or what? it did better than mine does.
Oh yeh....Thanks for the card! Now I have 4!

Winter is really strange down here. Some mornings I awaken & no bees are flying, a few hours later the sun has warmed things a bit & it looks like spring around here.

That hive was gettin' at it Irwin. BTW, my chickens would love to eat that grass around your hive.

Very cool Irwin, your hive is cute. My girls are tucked in for winter, we got alot of snow dumped on us overnight.

Irwin,  not much new to post after bees settled in for winter. Hoping to get most of my seven colonies through it but we're already dealing with brutal cold, and today is only the first day of winter.  I thought all was well with good hive populations and good stores but a couple hives are very quiet.  I'm also trying to post on youtube. Want to get my 8n on there plowing snow. 8-)
