For Sale: Golden Retriever. Have had her 9 months, has yet to retrieve gold.
Should have just bought metal detector.
You got the wrong model, you should have gotten a Gold Retriever.

😁😁😁😁😁
My perfect gold retriever would be a 20 ton excavator to do dig up the yellow metal for me.

Joe and I worked our butts off today for very little result. Sitting at home at the moment with a glass of red wine trying to ease the pain of a days hard work. We still ended up with a few bits but you would need good eyesight to spot them.  It was still a fun day out in the bush.

Les, does a pinpointer help find those little bits or is there to much background stuff to make it work?

A pinpointer won?t pick up the small bits. They don?t have the sensitivity that the detector has. They are however quite good on larger pieces of gold where a deep hole has been dug.
