I just caught my first swarm from a feral hive yesterday. I am super excited about being able to start keeping some bees. I ended up watching two of them groom each other this morning and the one on the left was asking for some food. I definitely see how someone can become obsessed with this hobby. I assume these are Italian, but my colorblindness is messing with me and I am not so sure they might actually be Carniolan. What are your thoughts?
Thank you all for helping me conclude what I want to do for my bees just in time to catch this swarm.

They look like Italian bees to me.

I agree with Jim, they look like Italians.
