alive! what now?

hi
  finally warming up here (40-50 f...days) lots of snow!
our unmedicated bees have mossey'd there way through 20 lbs. of stored honey and have just started taking from internal feeder. they seem fine

   should we give them pollen now?    and were in central vermont can we buy bee stuff (supplies) maybe it easier to get supplies mailed but i like the shopping.....its been a long winter...time to get out of the cave.
