First wax melting today and a question please!!

I only have about 1 lb of wax right now, but it is enough to start playing around with. I have been trying to make hand lotions and creams right now. It has been great fun, although I have much to learn.

I bought a mold to melt the wax into 1oz bars and most hand lotions recipes call for very little beeswax so the lb will go a long way for me.
