There may be easier ways:
  • Create private youtube channel
  • Take video
  • Upload video to youtube
  • Name video
  • Make video public on youtube
  • Get video link from youtube
  • Post link in message
This was done from memory. I may have skipped something.

Is there a way without creating a youtube site? I have a mp4 that i'd like to post

You can post the video to sites like google and then add the link to your post.
My son does this for me.

Thanks Jim - I'll give that a try, and by the way - I've been cleaning my SHB tray daily as you recommended, and so far, all looks good
