Title: Installing a solar powered gate opener with new gate
Post by: jalentour on January 16, 2018, 12:57:08 pm
I was looking at the Tractor Supply products, Might Mule for a single gate..  Has anyone had any luck with TS or any other solar opener product?

I see several of these openers on my way to the town north and the town south.  After a few months all of them are disconnected, just an observation.

I have 3 of them on my gates here. We really having them especially when it is raining or after a rain when these areas are flooded.
It is important to pick the right size gate arm. It is also important to make sure the gate is installed flat and level.
Are you coming to Beefest 2018? If so you can check them out.

Yes all three of them.
I have a neighbor that has a broken one but I suspect that someone drove through it with the gate locked.
