Little Johnny arrives at school late and blerry eyed looking like he got no sleep. The teacher asks him why he is late and why he looks so tired. He says he was plucking chickens all night. The teacher is incredulous and asks why he was plucking chickens all night. Johnny says, there's a skunk that's been getting in the hen house and last night old blue started barking so Grandpa grabbed the double barrel ten gauge and headed out to take care of it. As Grandpa eased his head around the corner of the door int he henhouse he spotted the skunk and was just getting ready to draw a bead when old blue stuck his nose up the back of Grandpas night shirt... and they were plucking chickens the rest of the night.
