Queen Question
« on: June 02, 2011, 05:27:57 pm »
I have a colony that replaced their queen last month. The new queen is long and skinny.   I saw her laying an egg and while she was inserted in the cell, she rotated 360 degrees. I saw her doing this twice. Is this common or should I replace her even though she seems to be doing a fine job of laying?

Leave her.  Funny on the laying but she is new.   Maybe she likes it that way.
