Bicycle powered extractor

Hi All- I've been searching for plans and/or guidance for building a bicycle- powered extractor. Other than the BeezKneez in WI/MN (https://www.thebeezkneezdelivery.com/honeycycle), a random picture from this forum, and a video of an exercise bike/extractor combo. I cannot find any plans to buy or borrow.
 
We have something called a wind trainer - which makes an ordinary bicycle function as a stationary bike/exercise bike. We have a manual, 3 frame, ss tank extractor with honey gate and legs. It seems it would be fairly simple to set up some sort of chain & deraileur mechanism between the wind trainer flywheel and the extractor crank, but I'm not to sure the best approach to take. I don't mind dissecting the wind trainer, but would prefer not to mangle the extractor crank mechanism without a good plan.
