I saw hundreds around this monolith on inner cover as I opened up today. I made the mistake to pop a piece. SHB ran out so I?ve changed it out

Salty, are you saying hundreds of small hive beetles ran from the burr comb on the underside of the inner cover? I hope not! If so the hive is in trouble. Or I hope hundreds of bees.

I have been around bees a long time, since birth. I am a hobbyist so my answers often reflect this fact. I concentrate on genetics, raise my own queens by wet graft, nicot, with natural or II breeding. I do not sell queens, I will give queens for free but no shipping.
