Just watched Valkyrie on my computer while walking on the treadmill last night. It got the heart rate up! I was fascinated by this piece of history so read more about it on Wikipedia, and it sounds like the movie was very true to the actual event. It was thought provoking to consider the bravery of those involved in trying to bring down Hitler. I didn't realize that he had 15 assassination attempts. It's easy to forget how many people in Germany were NOT okay with what he was doing.
Has anybody else seen this? What did you think?
