Green and fried!!!
I am not in to green fried tomatoes. I am not much of a tomato eater because it has to come out of the garden so that maybe 3 weeks out of the year.
I use a lot of tomato paste and sauce though.
bw One thing we can do around here is plant tomato seed when we set the plants we bought out. By the times the first ones play out the second bunch will be just starting.

We have 80 tomatoe plants planted... they are just starting to get time to fry up some green ones.. then we will be making pasta sauce, marinera, etc etc and canning it all here soon.Gonna have to make lots of candied jalepenos too

It ships well, highly productive and cans very well.
Mortgage Lifter produces a lot of tomatoes. Very good slicer.
