Lots of pollen and no nectar

Ok i dont get it, the bees are bringing in loads of pollen of different colours but no nectar. If there are flowers for pollen should it have nectar too?

There are a number of flowers that have pollen only,  that's my understanding anyway. If the bees have nectar/honey in the cells then Don't stress it. It all depends on what the queen wants. Pollen is building blocks like protein and honey is a source of energy.

A lot of plants only provide pollen and not nectar, Crepe Myrtle being one of them. The have no Nectaries. The bees just get pollen from them.
Some plants only provide nectar when they get the proper rainfall. Hence a good crop year/bad crop year.
Bees need nectar for fuel. They need pollen to feed larvae.
Bees can make honey and wax with no pollen but they cannot raise young without it.
