wow! They corrected some of it.

I was just wondering last night why on TV/movies every time they are shown eating oriental food they use chop sticks? I just go ahead and use the fork.
So JP, would using chop sticks make eating other food fun? :-D
-
Jerry, eating any kind of food with chopsticks is fun! Especially rice!

I could never master the art of eating my soup very well the the chopsticks.

That's why chopsticks are made from bamboo.
But I don't understand Chinese Cuisine or dining methods. They chp the meat so fine you can't stab it with the chopsticks, them use round chopsticks so you can't balance the grains of rice on it, and it takes 2 chopsticks to swirl the noodles into a ball to eat.
I have figured out, though, that Chinese food is fixed the way it is to that 1 small pork chop can feed 20 people.
A typical Chinese recipe begings with the following instructions: mince meat, pull weeds and roots from yard, build fire around wok pan to keep it from tipping over, pour in oil and soy sauce, add minced mean, weeds, and roots, and bring to lilght boil. Serve while hot.
