Honeybees are becoming rare, farmers want to import bumblebees.

I am not sure how I view this yet. Apiaries are getting lower in count. Yet the pollination fees haven't really gone up. And desperate farmers now want to import bumblebees. I don't have a problem with that but I am not sure that will solve the problem either or just create a new one.
