I am a Pharmacist and work in a medical call center where I talk with Medical Practitioners on the phone all day. They call in and I record in real time on a computer the patients number and the Dr's registered number before getting into the reason for the call. On numerous occasions (2-3 times a day) I will type the next numeral BEFORE the Dr has said it - I have conferred with my colleagues about this and they confirm similar experiences.
